The VEKTR® app is a free app available to all VEKTR® users.Eventhough anyone can download the app, not everyone will be abletouse it. The app requires user authentication which is granteduponsubscription to the VEKTR® software. The userauthenticationconsists of a User Name, Password and a host namepointing to acustom VEKTR® site. The VEKTR® app does not containthe completeVEKTR® software. Our goal is to provide our users witha mobilesolution that will be available on their mobile devices, toperforma variety of different Inspections and Work Orders. TheVEKTR® appworks in offline mode, meaning that no internetconnection isrequired to use the software. However internetconnection isrequired to upload your data to your VEKTR®website.Synchronization: The following connection methods can beused toupload/download data to your device: Cellular; WiFi; 3G or4G. Alldata are stored on your VEKTR® website; duringsynchronization,certain data are brought down to the device, suchas InspectionTemplates, Work Orders, Groups, Resources andAccounts. Data thatare stored locally on the device, such ascompleted Inspections andWork Orders, will be uploaded to yourVEKTR® website. Once data aresynchronized to the web site, they areavailable in real time forBusiness Intelligence, Dashboards andusers review. Inspections:Inspections performed with the VEKTR® appare generally used infacility management, school districts,franchises, and otherindustries that require periodic Inspections,Audits, Surveys, SiteVisits, Compliance. The VEKTR® app makes iteasy to perform theseinspections electronically instead of usingpaper, thus saving timeand cost and increasing accuracy. WorkOrders: Work Orders in theVEKTR® app represent notifications ofwork that needs to beperformed and allows the creation of new WorkOrders. It alsoallows users to Edit, add comments and attachpictures of thecompleted work (to provide documentation), and closethe WorkOrder. SMS & Email Notifications: When Inspections andWorkOrders are synchronized back to your VEKTR® websitethennotifications of completion will be dispatched tointerestedparties.
